Please note:
Sauna time is about 2 hours between 12:00 and 17:00, while the gondola lift is running.
A sauna shift can include a maximum of 12 people per reservation.
If you wish, you can buy drinks in the sauna facilities, the billing of which is agreed separately. The sauna facilities are alcohol licensed area, and you may not bring your own drinks into them (due to Alcohol Act).
Sauna is situated on the upper station of the gondola lift. Lift tickets for the gondola lift can be purchased at Ylläs Ski Resort, Ylläsjärvi ticket office.

Cancellation policy
We charge 100% of the price for services canceled 7 days or closer to the booking date and left unused.
We charge €20 for reservations canceled 8 days or earlier
The producer can cancel the event in case of force majeure, in which case the payments paid by the customer to the producer will be returned in full.
